YES 2026 Summer Programs

Diverse, age-specific programs fostering personal growth and wellness through physical activities, empowering youth and young adults. Groups available for ages 8 and up! To register your child, please click the group name and you'll be taken to the registration form.

PROGRAMS FOR GRADES 2 - 8

​​BE YOUR BEST SELF - Tier 1 

Program includes self-awareness and social skill activities, games, physical fitness, and lessons in order to strengthen self-confidence, improve emotional regulation, and decision-making skills. Have a blast while learning how to make healthy choices!

For students entering 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade in September

Tuesdays & Thursdays, July 7th - August 13th, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Action Boys Club

This program uses lessons, games, activities, and sports to engage boys and help them practice their social & emotional skills. Individual/team challenges, discussions, and more. Building our support toolbox while having fun!

For boys entering 5th - 8th grade

Mondays, July 6th - August 10th, 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

EmpowerHER

This program is a research-based program designed to help girls develop self-esteem, gain self-awareness, form friendships with peers and feel more empowered!

For girls entering 5th - 8th grade

Tuesdays, July 7th - August 11th, 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

​Let's Get Social

This meet up is a great opportunity for kids entering 5th - 8th grade to learn social skills, try a variety of coping skills for stress, and to learn how to express themselves. Creative activities, lessons and games will be used to “get social.”

For students entering 5th - 8th grade in September

​TEEN AFTERNOON AND EVENING PROGRAMS

FOR GRADES 9 - 12

​

​Connecting the Mind and Body

A 6-week group for high school-aged girls interested in strengthening their mind and body connection. Join us in discussing and bringing awareness to the importance of identifying emotions and how this can improve emotional regulation and decision-making in our

everyday lives through art, music & breathwork.

For students entering 9th - 12th grade in September

Tuesdays, July 6th - August 13th, 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Teen Yoga

A fun 6-week yoga group for teens and tweens focused on movement, mindfulness, and confidence. Students will build strength, improve focus, and learn simple tools to manage stress through games, poses, and relaxation.

For students aged 11 - 18

Tuesdays, July 6th - August 13th, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Teen Fitness Rec and Wellness

A supportive teen fitness, recreation, and wellness group focused on building strength, confidence, and healthy habits. Sessions include workouts, fun activities, and practical tools for managing stress and improving overall well-being -- all in an encouraging, judgement-free space.

For students aged 13+

Wednesdays, July 8th - August 13th, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
