Our mission is to help increase awareness about personal and community issues, prevent and treat substance misuse, and promote healthy families and a safe community. We assist young people, adults, and families in our effort to enable them to develop to their potential.

Take Me Out To The Ballgame's
Christmas in July
YES, in support of Take Me Out to the Ballgame (TMOTBG), joined their fun-filled evening with live music, great raffles and food at Christmas in July. The Take Me Out to the Ballgame Foundation supports organizations, such as YES, and our community members in need by providing recreational/sporting activities, holiday support, clothing and food supplies. We are grateful to our staff that volunteered and participated in this wonderful event.

2024 Massapequa Park Turkey Trot!
Thank you to everyone who helped make our 2024 Turkey Trot a huge success. Especially EventPower LI for organizing the race, all of our generous sponsors who helped make the event possible, our tireless volunteers and everyone who donated. And CONGRATULATIONS! to all the runners in our 5K and Youth Fun Run. It was a beautiful day for a run through the park while helping raise funds for YES and we truly appreciate everyone who supports our work with local children and families.

The Children's Business Center for Tomorrows Leaders
A simulated business community for Long Island students that allows them to apply life skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork. The goal of Commerce Plaza is to provide Long Island students with an immersive business experience to prepare them for the real-world workforce.
