YES 2025 Summer Programs

Diverse, age-specific programs fostering personal growth and wellness through physical activities, empowering youth and young adults. Groups available for ages 8 and up! To register your child, please click the group name and you'll be taken to the registration form.

PROGRAMS FOR GRADES 2 - 8

​

​​BE YOUR BEST SELF - Tier 1

Program includes self-awareness and social skill activities, games, physical fitness, and lessons in order to strengthen self-confidence, improve emotional regulation, and decision-making skills. Have a blast while learning how to make healthy choices!

For students entering 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade in September

Tuesdays & Thursdays, July 15th - August 21st, 11:30am - 2:30pm

Action Boys Club

This program uses lessons, games, activities, and sports to engage boys and help them practice their social & emotional skills. Individual/team challenges, discussions, and more. Building our support toolbox while having fun!

For boys entering 5th - 7th grade

Wednesdays, July 16th - August 20th, 3:30pm - 5:30pm

EmpowerHER

This program is a research-based program designed to help girls develop self-esteem, gain self-awareness, form friendships with peers and feel more empowered!

For girls entering 5th -7th grade

Wednesdays, July 16th - August 20th, 6:00pm - 7:00pm

​Let's Get Social

This meet up is a great opportunity for kids entering 5th - 8th grade to learn social skills, try a variety of coping skills for stress, and to learn how to express themselves. Creative activities, lessons and games will be used to “get social.”

For students entering 5th - 8th grade in September

Mondays, July 14th - August 18th, 3:30pm - 5:30pm

​Connecting the Mind and Body - Girls Group

A 6-week group for high school-aged girls interested in strengthening their mind and body connection. Join us in discussing and bringing awareness to the importance of identifying emotions and how this can improve emotional regulation and decision-making in our

everyday lives through art, music & breathwork.

For girls entering 9th - 12th grade in September

Mondays, July 14th - August 12th, 3:30pm - 4:30pm

A 6-week group for high school-aged boys interested in strengthening their mind and body connection. Join us in discussing and bringing awareness to the importance of identifying emotions and how this can improve emotional regulation and decision-making in our

Wednesdays, July 17th - August 20th, 3:30pm - 4:30pm

Life After High School

A 6-week co-ed program through SOS for incoming juniors and seniors to identify skills for coping with transitions to college, job, and life after high school.

For students entering 11th and 12th grade in September

Thursdays, July 11th - August 15th, 3:00pm - 4:00 pm

​Active Parenting in Spanish

El desafío de ser padre en estos tiempos es inmenso. Un taller VIRTUAL basado en evidencia de seis semanas que mejorará su crianza a través de enfoques probados y efectivos.
